Part of the deck is covered by a lanai, ensuring you can still sit outside whilst escaping the hot summer sun and occasional rain showers.
Inside this very large home are two living areas, dining area with separate breakfast nook, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and a further third bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, TV, large walk in closet and a luxury master bath with twin sinks, huge tub, with separate walk in shower. Sliding glass door lead out directly to the pool deck.
