Whether you enjoy spending the day by the pool & spa, which is very private as it is not overlooked from the sides or behind, or go to the parks, this property is the perfect home for your vacation away from home. Located just over 1 mile South of the 192 resort area, with it's many restaurants, shops & attractions.
Fully equipped and luxury furnishings, it offers everything you need for a home cooked meal, a night of entertainment or simply a day of relaxation. The house includes a formal dining room, a family room and a living room, along with a breakfast bar. The living room includes a large screen television set, a DVD player and a VCR. Most bedrooms and family rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, for your comfort as well as the central air conditioning of course.
The first master bedroom (King)also includes a large screen TV along with a small extension to the room designed to create a Sunroom effect. Its ensuite bathroom includes 2 sinks.
The second master bedroom (Queen) also include an ensuite bathroom. Though a bit smaller than the first one, it was tastefully appointed to give you this amazing sense of comfort and rest. The third bedroom is located upstairs. It includes a queen size bed. Although it shares a bathroom on that floor, it has a direct access door. The fourth bedroom includes two twin size beds and a television set. Finally, the 5th bedroom includes a sun room extension, a bunk bed with a double size bed at the bottom and a twin size bed on top.
