The home backs onto a small lake and is South facing to ensure the pool deck has sun all day long throughout the winter months. A great position to relax and watch the Florida sunset over the lake.
The home boasts 3 living areas, including an upstairs living area, with TV, VCR & DVD player. Great place to put the kids while you relax in one of the downstairs living rooms, one of which is equipped with large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD & surround sound system. The superbly equipped kitchen and breakfast nook area, over look this living room in true Florida open plan style living. There is also a separate dining area for those more formal occasions. The garage is equipped with an air-hockey table and a second washer & dryer (the main laundry room is located upstairs).
The master en-suite has a king bed, huge walk in closet, TV,DVD and twin his and hers sinks in the bathroom. Upstairs are three queen rooms with TV, VCR, DVD. The kids Disney themed room has two twin beds. All room have ceiling fans, as well as the central air conditioning of course.
Outside is the private screened pool & spa, which overlooks the lake. This can be heated (gas) in the cooler months if required (extra charge).
Clean fee of $100 for bookings 5 nights or less. Pool & Spa heating $35 per night (Gas).
