This brand new home (late 2006) has been luxuriously appointed throughout, with the recent addition of a games room, complete with pool table and fussball table. There are two master queen en-suite bedrooms, both equipped with TV's and ceiling fans. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and are served by a third bathroom. There is a separate dining area, along with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, with enough kitchenware to cater for 8-10 guests.
Outside is the extended screened deck and pool with a Jacuzzi spa. The deck area also has a covered lanai to escape the strong Florida sun, or the occasional afternoon rain shower. The pool and spa have the added benefit of gas heating, which is recommended during the cooler months. (extra charge) The pool deck area has the added benefit of not being overlooked from behind, as the home backs onto conservation land.
Clean fee of $80 for bookings 5 nights or less. Pool & Spa heating $35 per night (Gas).
