Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is privileged to manage two very different studio properties in the La Choumine Building. LA CHOUMINE #6 WAS RECENTLY RENOVATED (04/03). Number 6, while still very economical, is also quite comfortable. There is a queen murphy (wall) bed in the living room and a small room with a set of bunk beds. SUNDANCE TENNIS & SWIM CLUB IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PROPERTY (lower nightly rate). There is a kitchenette (small diswasher & small fridge) and a full bath. The first set of four photos show this property.
Number 8 is another studio unit now available for rental. This property has just been remodeled and gives you a small bedroom with a double bed,a full kitchen with all new appliances, and a full bathroom. The living room includes a queen size sofabed and small dining table. GUESTS RENTING THIS PROPERTY WILL ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS TO THE SUNDANCE TENNIS & SWIM CLUB (higher nightly rate). Both studio properties enjoy a small wood stove that makes them very cozy. A color television & VCR are also included.
